Worn by mechanics of the Shadow Client's militia. The disguise is almost identical to the Militia Soldier. Agent 47 is no longer trespassing but can't enter any of the restricted areas (explosive testing site, red barn, garage and farmhouse) of the compound. Unlike soldiers, however, technicians can manipulate generators without suspicion.
