Mind the Step is an assassination challenge in the Three-Headed Serpent mission in Santa Fortuna.
To acquire this challenge, Agent 47 must assassinate Jorge Franco by shoving him off a cliff in the jungle while he tries to collect a sample of a rare flower.

- 47 will call Franco "Dr. Livingstone" before he taps him on the shoulder and cause him to stumble, in reference to the famous explorer, David Livingstone.
- The challenge name is a reference to the phrase "mind the gap", which is commonly seen on warning signs at places where there is a gap between two platforms.
