Start by talking to the mailman and delivering the package he gives to James Batty. Ring the doorbell to lure Batty out from the backyard, then obtain the lawsuit documents from his shed. Next, acquire the tape from Cassidy's house. There is a player in the attic of the house that is under construction that it can be used with. The third clue will be found in the basement of Janus' house.
