The following may contain spoilers.

First, obtain the disguise of the real estate agent. He can be found by the muffin serving table. Once disguised as him, talk to Cassidy and lead him to the for-sale house. To kill him, take him down to the basement, disable the vault room mines, and then enable them when he is inside.
