Mission Story - Malpractice is a feats challenge to achieve in the Situs Inversus mission in Hokkaido.

To accomplish the challenge, Agent 47 must complete the mission story, "Malpractice" and disguise yourself as the cheif surgeon for Erich Soders' operation.

This challenge was originally just called Malpractice.
