Mission Story - The New Army is a feat challenge in The Finish Line mission in Miami.
To acquire this challenge, Agent 47 must compelet the mission story "The New Army" and go to the Kronstadt Expo Building to demo the new Kronstadt Combat Androids as military grade money man, Edward "Ted" Mendez.
