Moses Lee will begin the mission driving in his race car, the disguise can only be obtained once the Global Innovation Race has ended. The disguise allows the player to enter the VIP lounge, the Kowoon Garage, the locker room, the Race Marshal area, the truck area, everywhere in and around the Kowoon Paddock and the podium building, including the main podium area if Moses wins the race.
Disguised as Moses Lee, 47 also has the opportunity to participate in a drinking game with Sierra Knox, allowing him to poison her drink or setting her on fire by mixed it with the octane booster. Additionally, if Moses Lee wins the race, the player can pacify him and take his disguise to take his place on the victory podium.
Trivia[]
Its implied that Moses Lee cheats to win the race, as he has a Kronstadt octane booster in his garage. Somewhat illogically, it is also present in other pits.
He will win the race unless 47 intervenes
If 47 steals his outfit and goes to the robot in the Kronstadt bayside center the robot will comment on you "stealing ideas again"
He expresses his interest in moving The Global Innovation Race to China in a GNN news report in the next mission ( Three Headed Serpent )
Once the race is over and he does the winning ceremony ( if he wins) he will remain in the Kowoon Paddock
