Nicholas Velmorres, also known as "Florida Man", is a minor character in The Finish Line in HITMAN™ 2 and in Apex Predator mission in HITMAN™ III.
About[]
Florida Man is a food vendor in Miami and Berlin. Florida Man's signature coconut balls is what he sells at his food stand, which is a very successful business and has made him into a local celebrity.
It has been speculated that he has been in jail for using meth in his food, and it's strongly suggested that he still does so to keep customers hooked on the coconut balls, though further investigation reveals that the “crystal” he procures as a secret ingredient is merely sugar.
Appearance[]
In Miami, he can be seen at the Fishing Dock, swarming with a lot of fruit flies around him and while talking to someone on the phone. While in Berlin, he reappears as an attendee and a partygoer of the rave.
Miami[]
He is an important key character in the mission story, The Munchies, in the main mission. It is also said that he sells extremely addictive food that makes Robert Knox go down from his office and to return afterwards. Summoning Robert by opening the food stand is a way to catch him away from the office.
Berlin[]
In the mission Apex Predator, Florida Man makes his second appearance at Club Hölle in Berlin, where the player can offer him drugs when disguised as the Drug Dealer. Instead of selling coconut balls, he is trying to sell drugs to partygoers, including bath salts and "sour hedgehog", alongside asking people to flog live tigers.
He wears a similar outfit to the one he wore in The Finish Line, though he no longer wears an apron and his tights are blue rather than pink.

- In The Finish Line, he drops a key which can be used to open his Food Stall. A Lockpick can also be used to open it.
