The Ninja outfit is a disguise that can be found in Hitman 2: Silent Assassin and HITMAN™.
Description[]
Hitman 2: Silent Assassin[]
Found in missions Hidden Valley, At the Gates, and Shogun Showdown, the Ninja disguise can be used to infiltrate and disguise yourself in Hayamoto's Castle. There are three variants in the first two missions, a grey, black and a white outfit(almost impossible to obtain in the first one without cheats, however). The first two, while useful to nullify the threat of the snipers in the watch towers, will trigger all patrolling guards to run up to you to "check your ID", and will reveal you. The white outfit, however, is almost completely useless as cover gets blown quite easily. In Shogun Showdown, the white outfit isn't available. The other two, however, unlike the previous missions, hardly arouse any suspicion, even while running, although few ninjas walk up to you and check your ID if you act too suspiciously. Additionally, the black outfit also allows you to run around with a Katana, which usually causes guards to get suspicious and shoot you almost immediately afterwards with the grey outfit.
HITMAN™[]
This outfit cannot be found inside the mission Situs Inversus itself. Instead, it is an unlockable outfit used in the starting location at the Mountain Path, unlocked at Hokkaido Mastery level 7. The disguise is unique to Hokkaido; you cannot unlock it as a suit for other maps.
With this disguise, you will always be hostile regardless of where on the map you are. Guards will immediately arrest you even if you are on the resort side of the hospital, and civilians will run to guards to report you. The disguise is essential in the Silent Ninja challenge in Situs Inversus.
Starting with this disguise grants the player a Katana for use on the mission.

The disguise became a DLC uniform as The White Shadow.

- Wearing this disguise enables you to go onto the hospital roof, thereby allowing you to unlock the Impossible Heights feat in Hokkaido. There is a vertical beam next to the door leading to the morgue, only the ninja can climb this, treating it as a pole.
- Wearing this disguise also enables you to become a "master" at the dance game at the staff resting quarters in Situs Inversus. Under the "Techman" feat, Agent 47 is usually unable to dance well. Wearing this ninja outfit will make 47 dance professional and top the high score on the leaderboard.
