No Budget for a Railing was a feat challenge in The Ark Society mission on the Isle of Sgàil.

To acquire this challenge, Agent 47 must dump five of the custodians down the elevator shaft in the warehouse.

Trivia[]

For some reason, the challenge's description refers to the location as the "armory", instead of the warehouse.
This, along with All the King's Men, Making Waves, The Briefcase, Public Enemy and The Disruptor Elusive Target Arcade challenge are the only challenges in the World of Assassination trilogy to be removed in an update.
