No Heart Feelings is an assassination challenge in the Situs Inversus mission in Hokkaido.
To acquire this challenge, Agent 47 must assassinate Erich Soders by destroying his right-sided donor heart.

Trivia[]
- The challenge name is a play on words of "no hard feelings".
- While manually destroying the heart is illegal, nobody will become suspicious if they see it missing.
Walkthrough[]
- Simply head downstairs to the morgue with a suitable disguise, wait until the guards aren't around, and interact with the machine keeping Soders' his replacement heart alive. 47 will then yank it out of the machine and throw it in the nearby trash bin.
