One Last Time, Mr. Soders is an assassination challenge in the Situs Inversus mission in Hokkaido.
To acquire this challenge, Agent 47 must assassinate Erich Soders by revealing to him that he has been sent to assassinate him.

Walkthrough[]
This method of completing requires no smuggled items. However, there will be some setup required by disguising first as a chef and then as the hospital director.
- Start 47 in the kitchen in his signature suit. When the restaurant staffers aren't looking, sneak down into the kitchen.
- Wait for the two chefs to turn their back, then quickly subdue both of them. Stuff their bodies in the freezer located in the back room of the kitchen. Take one of their disguises.
- Pick up the Emetic Rat Poison just outside of the kitchen. Go back upstairs, and when the enforcer isn't looking, use the Emetic Rat Poison on the snacks.
- Wait around for the Hospital Director to eat his snacks. He'll go downstairs to the toilet to vomit. Follow him, subdue, and stuff his body in the locker. Take his disguise.
- Approach Yamazaki and talk to her. Follow her to a secluded location and initiate a conversation. When she turns her back, push her off the cliffside to eliminate her.
- Go to the top floor. Be careful, as this floor is crawling with enforcers. Make your way carefully into the observation room and disable the KAI mainframe. Head back out and go to the director's office. Pick up the disposable scrambler on the desk.
- Go the morgue and use the disposable scrambler on the fridge to obtain the master chip. While you're here, you can go to the security room, subdue the one guard, stuff his body in the locker, and then disable the security cameras.
- Head back into the kitchen and put back on 47's Signature Suit. Sneak back upstairs, and go to the spa. Sneak into the garage, and through the door on the left to re-enter the security room.
- In the morgue area, there are two morticians poking around with a body. To their right, there's a door that leads upstairs to Soders's room. Sneak behind the lone nurse and subdue her. Crouch towards Soders's legs, and reveal yourself as 47.
- Go back the way you came, through the security room, out the garage, and exit via the snow bike.
NOTE: The challenge requires the player to be in a very specific location near Soders before the option to eliminate him appears, so watching a video of the challenge being performed may be helpful. The spot is near the foot of the table, where an action prompt will appear.
