Walk into the changing room which is up to the right, get your suit and leave.
However, there are secrets in this level. Near the counter there's a door. Go down it and you will find melee weapons and disguises, such as the Bird Costume which is clearly a reference to the Hitman: Blood Money mission where 47 goes to a Mardi Gras to stop a political assassination, by three persons in black, Angelina Mason, Mark Purayah II and Raymond Kulinsky.
The weapons found in this level can't be used, and they are only melee weapons, so you won't be able to use them in contracts either, however the weapons include: Scissors, an Iron, and Measuring Tape.
