The Pax Mundus Foundation is a hugely influential conservative think tank and one of Providence's prime assets. Under the leadership of president Byron Washington III, father of late Providence operatives Zoe and Sophia, the foundation is widely considered to be the cradle of climate change denial. It is largely controlled by Carl Ingram and the Ingram Family. It seems to be based off of the real life Heritage Foundation.
