Prescription is an assassination challenge to achieve in the A Bitter Pill bonus mission in Whittleton Creek.
To accomplish this challenge, Agent 47 must elimnate Galen Vholes by impailing him through the eye with the pen in his office.

Walkthrough[]
For this challenge, you need to acquire the mailman disguise. The mailman begins the mission from the same location as he does in Another Life; to the right and down the street from the default starting location.
- Find Dale Anderson.
- Follow him until he heads up to the West Property's front door, subdue him and take his disguise.
- If you want to maintain the Silent Assassin rating, sedate him with a tranquillizer or lockpick the front door and drag his body into the living room closet.
- Head to Vhole's office and interact with his aide after they're done talking to the sheriff.
- Move upstairs and enter the consultation room.
- Sit down in the chair and listen to Vhole's business offer. Wait for the kill prompt to appear.
Trivia[]
- Unlike other pen-related assassination opportunities featured in HITMAN™ and HITMAN™ 2, this one has a unique execution and animation. Agent 47 must be sat down to perform the kill, rather than stood behind the target while they examine it.
- Thi s challenge is a reference to a famous scene from the 2008 film The Dark Knight, where The Joker kills a bodyguard by slamming his head onto a pencil.
- This is one of four challenges that requires you to kill a target with the pen, the others being How About a Magic Trick? from Landslide, The Pen Is Mightier Than The Sword from The Author and Pencil Pusher from The Farewell.
