Worn by 47 in the mission.
Worn by mid-ranking soldiers aboard The Mortar working for Arthur Edwards and Providence. The all-black uniform is worn under a plate carrier, suspenders, a Providence insignia patch, shoulder guards and a PASGT-style helmet. Some Elite Guards appear to be working with CIDADA as well.
