Dr. Raymond Valentine is a researcher at Dexter Industries and a target in the mission Death Factory.
Background[]
Dr. Valentine works in Dexter Industries' Research and Development department, developing weapons. His father was a highly decorated World War II veteran who took part in the invasion of Normandy who later obtained a high position in the White House. Valentine himself grew up having a slight obsession with weapons which his father passed on to him; he was even given a rocket launcher for his sixteenth birthday. At the time of Absolution, he is also obsessed with curing his own receding hairline.
