Not much is known about Sandy apart from she being a stripper at a small bar in Rotterdam's Harbour. In a pre-release screenshot of Hitman Codename 47, her hairstyle was different and she was meant to be topless.
She is found at the bar, pole dancing. 47 pays Sandy a grand and tells her to dance for a Flaming W'millsmember who is guarding the car so he can place a GPS transmitter in it, so as to discover the warehouse where the arms trade will take place.

Sandy dances for a few seconds and goes to her dressing room. She repeats this pattern throughout the mission.
If Agent 47 attacks people at the bar, Sandy runs to the bathroom, to her dressing room and to the stage, holding her breasts while running and pleading for her life.
Disturbing the attendence at the bar will make a "Mission Failed" message pop-up suggesting the player to restart the mission.
