Scott M. Sarno (also known as The Director) is a target in HITMAN™. He appears in the mission of the same name and was one of The Sarajevo Six, a group of war criminals that were targeted by the International Contract Agency.
Background[]
"Director Scott Sarno is a veteran of dirty wars and operations in every hellhole warzone of the modern era. Thirty years ago, he was the leader of a six-man black ops unit operating north of Sarajevo.
The operation to target and acquire the contents of a looted bank went wrong, and a group of civilians were caught in the crossfire. Sarno and his team pulled out without casualties, and the event was never investigated.
Since then, Sarno has risen to become director of the European Operations for the CICADA PMC, where he observes their highest-profile operations and coordinates their activities across continental Europe.

- Scott is among a rare group of side mission targets to interact with a main mission target as a part of their own routine; in this case to Viktor Novikov. He shares this distinction with Walter Menard and Nila Torvik.
