Sheikh Omar Al-Ghazali is a minor character in HITMAN™ III. He appears in the mission On Top of the World.

Background[]

Sheikh Al-Ghazali He is a member of the Al-Ghazali royal family, and the owner of the Burj Al-Ghazali. He also came from a less fortunate side of his royal family, and decided to earn a legacy through becoming a construction mogul.

Along the way he met Carl Ingram, who had helped raise Al-Ghazali to success while keeping his role in Providence a secret.

Dubai[]

After the events of HITMAN™ 2 and The Last Resort, in which it is revealed Arthur Edwards had betrayed the Partners by seizing their assets and rendering them powerless, Ingram reveals to Al-Ghazali that he, Marcus Stuyvesant and Alexa Carlisle were Partners for Providence all along.

Significance[]

The Sheikh offers to help Ingram by connecting him with a Crystal Dawn assassin, Zana Kazem, to eliminate Edwards and reclaim control of Providence.

During the mission, he had also arranged a meeting between Marcus Stuyvesant and his daughter, Cornelia, during the inauguration ceremony at Marcus' request.

  • He uses an Ornate Scimitar to cut the ribbons in the inaugural ceremony. He also drops it when he is pacified or killed.
    • Despite carrying a sword, he will not use it to defend himself when threatened.
  • There are two challenges that can be completed involving Sheikh Al-Ghazali.
    • "Cashing Out" is completed by knocking him unconscious with a gold brick.
    • "Nightcrawler" is completed by taking a picture of him while he's sleeping in his bed.
  • During the meeting between Carl Ingram and Marcus Stuyvestant, Ingram expresses a hope that Omar may take over Alexa Carlisle's seat as partner following her sudden departure from the Sceptre, which the pair consider proof that the Carlisle family cannot be trusted.
  • He is related to Sheikh Salman al-Ghazali, a recurring character in The Showstopper and The Finish Line missions from HITMAN™ and HITMAN™ 2, respectively.
