Silence of the Man is an assassination challenge to achieve in the World of Tomorrow challenge in Sapienza.
To accomplish the challenge, Agent 47 must assassinate Silvio Caruso by smothering him with a pillow while disguised as Dr. Oscar Lafayette.

- The challenges name is a reference to the horror film "Silence of the Lambs" which features Hannibal Lector, a psychologist who murders his patients.
- This is one of four challenges that requires the player to smother the target, the others being Sleep Tight from Nightcall, Finger on the Pulse from Another Life and Sweet Dreams from Death in the Family.
