Silent Ninja is an assassination challenge in the Situs Inversus mission in Hokkaido.
To acquire this challenge, Agent 47 must assassinate both Erich Soders and Yuki Yamazaki while in the ninja outfit and obtain the Silent Assassin rating.

Walkthrough[]
The fastest way to accomplish this challenge is to kill Soders with the stem cell technique and kill Yuki Yamazaki in the sauna, since both locations are readily accessible from the Mountain Path starting location (the only location the ninja can start at). Additionally, the player needs any kind of poison at an accessible smuggle location, preferably the mountain path. The lethal poisons present on the level (Botulinum and rat poisons) are difficult to obtain given the criteria. Preferably, the player will also bring a silenced weapon for disabling cameras.
If the player has not yet unlocked all gear slots and cannot bring in both a silenced pistol and a poison, then use the agency pickup or hidden stash slot for a poison; if recorded, erase the camera evidence in the morgue area security room, where the lone guard is easy to take by surprise.
Move down the path, taking a moment to shoot the camera in the corner below. Beware of the two-man guard patrol. Move towards the helipad. You might want to knock out the handyman, as he can roam the steps, complicating movement. Jump down onto the stairs that run along the outside of the cliff. Duck into the security room with the sleeping guard and grab the crowbar from the lower shelf. Avoid the single guard on the far end of this walkway and enter the hospital at the first door, then make a left turn, up the stairs, to find yourself in the red-lit morgue. The two doctors here are busy examining a corpse and are easy to avoid. Run right and up the stairs to the stem cell control booth. Wait for the female worker in here to go into the operating theater, then drain the stem cells at the terminal and return the way you came. Run through the morgue to the opposite door to the room with the incinerators. The female medical worker will eventually walk through here on her way to the restricted stem cell storage room to get replacement cells. Hide off to the side and wait for her to walk into the storage area, then run in behind her before the door closes and ambush her. Hide her immediately in the cabinet or the morgue workers will see her body through the glass door. Contaminate the stem cells with the poison vial and take the replacement cells. Return to the stem cell booth and put the poisoned cells in the vessel, killing Soders.
Retrace your steps outside and return to the bottom of the mountain path, watching out for the outside guard and the helicopter pilot who sometimes walks the stairs. Creep along the outside of the hospital towards the vehicle bay and snowmobiles, being aware of the roving patrol. There is a climbable pipe that leads to an open window on the right of the bay entrance. Entering this window will put you at the bottom of the long ramp leading from the guest area to the hospital proper. Enter the door in the corner and you will be in maintenance room behind the sauna, with the sauna occupants visible through a one-way mirror. Raise the temperature at the panel to encourage them to leave. Once they have exited, go to the door on the left which leads into a small hallway in front of the sauna. Drop a crowbar in the open door; the door only opens to unauthorized personnel from the interior, and if you don't prop it open you will be trapped on the other side after killing Yuki. Hide in the maintenance room and wait.
Yuki Yamazaki will eventually arrive and enter, finally finding the sauna unoccupied. Her guard will wait outside the short hallway. Once she is inside, walk to the door and the option to block it will appear. She will overheat and die quickly. Retrace your steps outside and leave through the snowmobile exit near the window you climb out of.
This challenge is fairly easy to accomplish. A few things to keep in mind:
- It is far easier to do this using an agency pickup/hidden stash to bring in a poison, but it is also possible to get a rat poison from the garage area if necessary.
- If you don't knockout the handyman near the helicopter u can sometimes get trapped between him and the guard that roams the stairs near the sleeping guard.
- You need the crowbar or another heavy object to prop open the automatic door leading from sauna maintenance to the short hallway.
- The corner of the hallway at the top of the pipe is normally vacant, but Jason Portman and a doctor may be walking here on their way to the hospital.
- Two doctors occasionally step outside of the hospital near the bottom of the mountain path. This can cause you to be trapped between them and the roving guard patrol that starts at the vehicle bay.
