Smoking Kills is an assassination challenge to achieve in the Situs Inversus mission in Hokkaido.
To accomplish the challenge, Agent 47 must assassinate Yuki Yamazaki by pushing her of her room's balcony while she is smoking.

Guide[]
Yamazaki is a smoker, but tobacco products are strictly prohibited in the GAMA facility. Nevertheless, some enterprising persons have managed to smuggle some in to satisfy their habits, most notably the man in the room next to 47's suite, Amos Dexter. The player can climb across the ledge separating the two balconies and obtain them from his bedroom. Another source is the handyman behind the helipad, who is rather foolishly smoking right next to a drum of fuel; this may be a better option if the player is starting at the Mountain Path. The pack of cigarettes cannot be given directly to the target. Instead, they must be placed in her suite on a table near the two seated bodyguards. Doing this requires a bodyguard uniform; the most accessible one is worn by the lone bodyguard in the morgue security room, who stares at camera feeds and is easily subdued. Once the pack is placed, Yamazaki will eventually see it and take it to the balcony, dismissing her guards so that she can enjoy the moment in solitude.
