Worn by the stalker watching Heidi Santoro from upper floor of the Queen Suite. The outfit consists of a black fedora and sunglasses, a denim shirt with several pins of The Class worn over a scarf and a red shirt with Heidi Santoro's face, blue shorts with a teal flannel shirt tied around it, and black sandals worn with black and yellow tube socks. Wearing this disguise turns the whole map into a hostile area, making this one of the few disguises that is less useful than the suit.
The disguise's notoriety is a result of its owner being known to the hotel staff, who are now on the lookout for him. Ms. Mookjai, the hotel manager, can be overheard in a conversation with hotel security, where she informs them that the obsessed fan was seen trying to jump over the fence.
Eliminating both mission targets Ken Morgan and Jordan Cross while wearing this outfit will fulfill the Smooth Operator challenge.
