Steven Bradley

Steven Bradley, also known as The Bad Boy, is a target that appears in The Last Resort mission in HITMAN™ 2.

Background[]

Born to a classic suburban family. Steven Bradley grow up experiencing the harsh realities of the decline of the American middle class. Scraping through his college studies, despite clear brilliance, Bradley spends most of his time in school programming and surfing. In his Sophomore year, he decides to take up to a somewhat insecure career as a programmer for a startup web company.

Through the concept itself fails spectacularly and ends with the suicide of Steven Bradley’s partner, he himself manage to get out on top as he creates the backbone of a unified login system that he subsequently patents and manages to convinces a large social media corporation to adapt. Over the courses of four years, Steven Bradley is worth millions but as his spending starts increasing, it becomes clear the lifestyle he has chosen for himself isn’t going to hold.

And so Bradley uses his own invention to access the data of hundreds of millions of people around the world. He sells of data in smaller chunks, primarly to foreign powers and smaller, desperate marketing houses but also manages to sell his data to private investigation companies through the darkweb. One of those belongs to a former private detective, Tyson Williams, who takes an interest in the brilliant Steven Bradley and offers him a steady paycheck to build tools useful for online reputation management.

Together with Williams and his new partner Ljudmila Vetrova, he builds numerous tools and methods to expand the capabilities of what Haven can do, exposing loop holes across most public systems in the world. Now, just four years after joining forces, Bradley is living the dream on his private island, doing very little actual work as almost everything is automated. What's not to love?

Description and Personality[]

Steven Bradley is energetic, extremely driven and a thrill-seeker to the point of recklessness. He is devoted to physical fitness spends his time on the island doing various workout routines either in the gym or running around the private island. His personal bodyguard participates in these workouts, for example by doing pull-ups with him and timing Stevens as on his runs. When the island's server has been compromised, he will be the first person to approach the server farm, to reset the servers itself.

His actions often cause property damage around Haven Island, much to the chagrin of other residents. Because of this, many of them called for his dismissal or placement, to no avail. Most of Bradley's deaths involved using his extravagant lifestyle against him, such as killing him with his speedboat, bench press, or in the jacuzzi.

His recklessness recently caused a boat crash, resulting in the keys to his speedboat being confiscated by CJ, his snorkeling instructor. In addition, Steven had a long-running rivalry with Jason Portman, and claims that Portman himself has stolen one of his programming ideas.

Steven Bradley shares the same target name with Bartholomew Argus, both being named as "The Badboy".
He is also voiced by Lance Fuller, who also voiced Jimmy Chen and Philo Newcombe.
In the World of Assassination guidebook, his name is mispelt as "Stephen Bradley".
