The elaborate costume is worn by the performer near the beach in Sapienza. It somewhat resembles characters from classical Italian or Venetian opera, but it is not known if the costume has a specific basis. The disguise grants no advantage over the suit.

Trivia[]
- When worn, this outfit makes a very slight bell-jingling noise when moving around. Luckily, this has no effect on Agent 47's ability to sneak.
- Oddy enough, if Silvio Caruso manages to catch 47 with this disguise, he will immediately go into target lockdown and attempt to escape VIA his seaplane.[1] This can be used to your advantage in order to get the Error Plane challenge accomplished.
