Subject 47 is a set of clothing available in HITMAN™ III. It is the only starting suit of Untouchable, the final mission of the World of Assassination trilogy, and consists of merely his slacks along with various electrodes and medical monitoring gadgets, broken off of their host machines but still attached to his torso. This is a result of 47 regaining consciousness after being drugged, captured, and placed in the medical ward of the Providence mobile command center for study, and presumably eventual rehabilitation and recruitment by his captors.
