The Super Fan outfit is a unique disguise that can be found in HITMAN™.

Worn by the James King, fanatical fan of Craig Black's book series in the church crypt, the outfit consists of a white hooded cloak and a white, frightening, skull-like mask, with large voids for eye and mouth holes, similar to the "Ghostface" mask made famous by the Scream series of movies. Dressed as Super Fan, 47 has access the all parts of the church and the sewers, though not the church grounds/graveyard. If he repairs the lamp in the crypt, he also has the opportunity to take a few pictures with Craig Black.
The disguise is presumably meant to represent one of the supernatural characters from the Cassandra Snow books, as a similar figure is pictured on some of the series' promotional posters. Encountering the Super Fan unexpectedly in the sewers for the first time can be quite jarring.
