Worn by the surgeons of the GAMA hospital in the missions Situs Inversus and Patient Zero. They are allowed in the resort and the hospital area including the operating theater. They can't enter the maintenance room, the VIP guest rooms, the security office, the kitchen, the directors office, the KAI mainframe and the room with the head surgeons console. Guards at checkpoints will frisk surgeons.
In Situs Inversus, several surgeons working in the operating theater, as well as the hospital bodyguards, act as enforcers for this disguise. One of them will stand next to 47 if he starts with this disguise.
In Patient Zero, the disguise is exactly the same and is still allowed in the operating theater. This is a bug and is likely caused because the developers forgot to remove their access, as the only people who are meant to be there wear bio suits.
Acquiring[]
HITMAN™[]
In Situs Inversus, the Surgeon disguise is difficult to obtain - most of the surgeons are found in the operating theater, with the exception of one who is found on the second floor of the hospital. The easiest way of getting the disguise is through following the "Makeover" Mission Story, where the surgeon on the second floor will take off 47's bandages while disguised as Jason Portman. He can either be knocked out and stored in a nearby closet, or have his water poisoned, where he will head for the bathroom. Taking his disguise should be done with caution, as a bodyguard may enter the room shortly after the bandages are taken off, or doctors may see the surgeon's body through the window. A later patch replaced the second floor surgeon with a doctor, although this change does not carry over for HITMAN™ 2 or HITMAN™ III.
After reaching Mastery Level 19, 47 can start off in the operating table disguised as a surgeon.
In Patient Zero, the Surgeon disguise can only be taken from the surgeon on the second floor.
