The Tactical Gear is a suit available in every HITMAN™ game, serving as 47's default suit in Colorado. It is very similar to the Tactical Turtleneck (also known as Training Gear) with the addition of gloves and a black military field jacket worn with the collar up.

- Tactical Gear with Hunter's Hat - A variant unlocked by completing an Elusive Target in Colorado that adds a hat to the outfit.
- Raven Suit - Replaces the jacket with an overcoat
- Tactical Turtleneck - A variant unlocked by completing The Final Test that removes the jacket and gloves
- Winter Sports Suit - a colored variant that removes the jacket, adds ski goggles and a hip flask. Unlocked by purchasing the Winter Sports Pack
