Worn by the famous celebrity tattoo artist, P-Power. The disguise consists of a yellow cap worn backwards over a skull-patterned bandana, square-rimmed glasses, golden dog tags, a denim vest worn over a white and black t-shirt reading "87", jeans with a decorative bandolier belt, and canvas shoes.
The disguise grants access to the mansion exterior, mansion ground floor and Rico Delgado's office on the upper floor, though not other rooms in the mansion. Disguised as P-Power, 47 can kill Delgado during his tattoo session.
Catalina will ask for a selfie with the player before she leads him to Rico's office; despite being a huge fan of his show, she cannot see through the disguise.

Trivia[]
When 47 disguises himself as P-Power, he also gains his tattoos. In-game this is explained with P-Power not having any tattoos and actually wearing tattoo sleeves.
The tattoo sleeves are not worn by 47 in HITMAN™ III.
After Patch 3.190, equipping the Tattooist disguise will strangely change the lens to the sunglasses lens model as The Disruptor Fur Coat.
While 47 is wearing the disguise, Rico remarks suspiciously on subtle discrepancies between him and the real P-Power as seen on television, but Catalina dismisses these observations.
