Ted Mendez is a disguise available in HITMAN™ 2. It can be found in Miami, worn by United States military officer Edward Mendez. The disguise appears to be based on the Army Blue Service Uniform.
Mendez can be found next to the dolphin statues outside the bayside expo center. The disguise is involved with the The New ArmyMission Story, and grants access to the first two floors of the expo building alongside allowing 47 to attend a presentation with Robert Knox, during which he will show off Kronstadt's new combat android prototype. The android used in the presentation can be made to kill Robert Knox and other Miami characters by scanning a photo of them while they are in sight.

The blue-white unit patch on the uniform's front pocket appears to be that of the 3rd Infantry Division, based at Fort Stewart, Georgia.
The silver device on the pocket flap featuring a bayonet within a wreath is an Army Combat Action Badge, while the crossed rifles on his lapels indicate the colonel's service branch to be infantry. This would mean that he served in combat but in a non-infantry capacity, as the infantry have a different combat badge.
Unusually, despite Mendez being a high-ranking militarty officer, the disguise does not permit 47 to be visibly armed.
