Hospital Island is a location Temple City, Punjab, India and a setting for the 18th mission of Hitman 2: Silent Assassin, The Death of Hannelore. Strangely the Temple City Palace has a very close resemblance to that of Taj Mahal in Agra, Uttar Pradesh in India.
