The Censor (also known as "The Serial Killer") is an Elusive Target in HITMAN™ 2.
Background[]
The nickname The Censor, stems from the only evidence left at each crime scene: a grade on how much the victims have struggled for their lives.
The reports further assesses he was raised in a dominant household, most likely by a judgement and authoritarian single parent, which presumably left a deep impact on how the suspect picks and "grades" his victims.
He has eluded the authorities for many years, but he is beginning to show signs of carelessness and a pattern has started to emerge, which has led authorities to believe that his next mark is somewhere in Whittleton Creek.Description and Behavior[]
The Censor is found attending the party at the Wilson household, scouting for potential new victims. He asks several partygoers if they would like to participate in his newest experiment. Agent 47 has the option to speak to the Censor, where he'll reject The Censor's offer. He wanders around the garden, the living room, and the kitchen, scouting three potential victims in the process.
The Censor is relatively polite and calm, masking his sociopathic nature. He has a psychological need to test himself by grading his victims on how they struggle for their lives. In The Censor's own words, he wants to demonstrate that everyone has the potential to be a serial killer and wants people to act out such capacity. Despite his calm façade, he is prone to discrete outbursts if made angry. During one outburst, he expresses frustration that his nickname doesn't define his manner of killing and would prefer a more appropriate nickname like "The Evaluator".
