Diana Burnwood (VO): "Good afternoon, 47. Your target is Richard M. Foreman, a skilled infiltrator believed to be working with the militia on an unknown operation in U. S. soil.
The target is a highly skilled actor, and our files link him with the successful impersonation of billionaire Charles Vanderblathe. Where he siphoned hundreds of millions out of the Vanderblathe accounts over the course of three weeks. The contract has two objectives: identifying and eliminating the target in an apparently accidental death such as a fall, or drowning; secondly, uncover files or data about the operation being planned.

- Investigating the laptop to fulfill the objective of uncovering the militia's schemes and whereabouts is considered an illegal action, even when disguised as militia members.
- In HITMAN™ & 2 the player was tasked with eliminating Richard M. Foreman with a non-explosion accident. This was removed in HITMAN™ III's Elusive Target Arcade only.
- However, in the actual Year 2 event, the non-explosion accident kill complication is still retained and still has to be complied to finish the mission.
