The Biolab itself is a large collection of structures that house different things, one houses the 'Destroy Evidence' Box and the other contains boards covered in calculations and a door to the second part of the room where you can get your Hazmat Suit to enter the Virus Chamber. If the virus is destroyed, Francesca Di Santis comes down and enters the Virus Chamber without a Hazmat Suit, if you turn off the ventilation system, she dies and you get the 'Fatal Reaction' achievement.You can then dump her body in the acid vat and, if you have already eliminated Silvio Caruso, you can escape the mission via his seaplane.
