Diana Burnwood (VO): "Good afternoon, 47. Your target is Xander Haverfoek, attaché at the Swedish Consulate in Marrakesh.
We are expecting him to meet a courier in the city to facilitate the transport of a consignment of diamonds on behalf of Claus Hugo Strandberg. You must both retrieve the package and eliminate the target. We have been unable to obtain any information on where this package is located, so you will have to shadow either the target or the courier to discover its location.

- According to IO Interactive, this elusive contract in the first playthrough had the lowest success rate in HITMAN™ with only 23% of players successfully completing the mission.
- The majority of failure is due to the contract having several instant fail conditions:
- Subduing or eliminating Xander Haverfoek before he has his conversation with the courier.
- Subduing or eliminating the courier before they acquire the diamonds.
- Subduing or eliminating the shopkeeper who gives the courier the diamonds, before the diamond deal takes place.
- You cannot obtain the diamonds from the shopkeeper in any fashion, you must wait for the shopkeeper to give the diamonds to the courier.
- The majority of failure is due to the contract having several instant fail conditions:
- Xander was originally intended to be the final legacy elusive target in HITMAN™ 2. This ended up not being the case, as The Chef was reactivated not soon after.
