The Healing is an assassination challenge in the Three-Headed Serpent mission in Santa Fortuna.
To acquire this challenge, Agent 47 must assassinate ten of the coca field guards while they are among the crops while disguised as the local shaman, Taita.

Walkthrough[]
This is a fairly easy task to complete.
Sneak into the Shaman hut and turn off the radio. This will bring the Shaman inside where you can pacify him and take his disguise. Head right out of the hut through the gate, through the passage and down towards the bridge over the stream. Use a coin to lure one of the two bridge guards into the bushes and pacify him. You can then sneak up to the second guard and pacify. (Note: This can be combined with the piranha challenge as you can dump the body of the guard on the bridge into the water.)
There is an apricot on the bridge if you are short of distraction equipment. From the bridge, sneak into the coca crops and start using distraction - coins or fruit, driftwood, machetes etc. (there is plenty in the crops to throw about) to encourage the guards to explore the crops. Equip a silenced pistol, sneak behind each one and take them out. The workers may become alarmed, but this can actually be a bonus as they encourage more guards to go and check out what they have spotted.
It doesn't matter if you get spotted by the guards or workers - just crouch run through the crops for a short distance and they will lose you - allowing you to go back and finish them off.
