The Secrets of the Global Elite is the fifth cinematic in the main story of HITMAN™. It follows the mission The Showstopper, but the cinematic is set one day prior to Novikov and Margolis's deaths in September 2019.

One day before the Sanguine Fall Fashion Show in Paris, Viktor Novikov meets Lucas Grey outside the Palais de Walewska to deliver IAGO's secret dossier. Unbeknownst to Novikov, Grey contacts Olivia Hall to leak he and his partner's names, instigating the events of The Showstopper.
Transcript[]
Viktor Novikov approaches Lucas Grey at a gazebo outside the Palais de Walewska.
Novikov: "How was Moscow?"
Grey: "Kamarov is gone. I set him up as a Langley spy. It's quite the scandal at the FSB. His death will not be investigated. Your turn."
Novikov hands the dossier to Grey.
Novikov (CONT'D): "The pen beats the sword, huh?"
Grey: "I have found that whoever wields the sword decides who holds the pen."
Grey texts a message: "File secure. No loose ends. Leak the names."
Grey: "Smile, Viktor. Your reputation is safe. Now, run along. I'm sure you have pretty dresses to attend to."
Novikov heads back towards the building.
Grey: "Viktor? Good luck with the show. I have a feeling it's going to be the one you'll be remembered for."
