The Setup is a challenge to achieve in the Untouchable mission at the Carpathian Mountains.
To accomplish this challenge, Agent 47 must assassinate all forty-seven of the Providence security guards and then inject himself with the Serum after completing the Berlin Codename 47 challenge.

- The third objective "End it all by taking a trip down memory lane" refers to Agent 47 injecting himself with the syringe at the end of the mission.
- To do this last part, pick up the syringe in the briefcase and wait 47 seconds then the option will pop up.
