The Showstopper (Challenge)

The Showstopper is an assassination challenge to achieve for The Showstopper mission in Paris.

to acquire this challenge, Agent 47 must eliminate Viktor Novikov by dropping the catwalk's light rig on top of him.

Objectives[]

Assassinate Viktor Novikov with the light rig.

Rewards[]

+5000 Mission Mastery Paris. (in HITMAN^TM)
+4000 XP. (in HITMAN^TM 2 and HITMAN^TM III)

Guide[]

The following may contain spoilers.

Start by going undercover in the dressing area.
Bring the coins.
If you have it, bring along the ICA Titanium Crowbar. (This item is unlocked upon reaching level mastery 18 in Whittleton Creek)
Go to the diorama and place a coin inside of the diorama.
Go around the corner by the champaign and wait for Sebastian Sato to go for a smoke break.
Knock Sato out and hide him in the nearby crate.
If you do not have the ICA Titanium Crowbar, Head towards the Museum, go to the very back and grab the Crowbar.
Go to the stairway found by the Catwalk and head to the second floor
Knock out the tech crewmen in the stairwell and take his disguise.
Head to the Museum Director's Office.
Go to the balcony and climb the nearby ladder to the attic
Head through the nearby door.
Wait for the two bodyguards to finish their conversation. If you feel safer doing so, you can knock out the CICADA Bodyguard that stays behind and take his disguise.
Sneak past the bodyguards in the attic, vault out one of the windows and shimmy your way towards the Light Rig.
Wait for Novikov to get on stage.
Break the winch holding the lights up.

Trivia[]

Originally, this challenge couldn't be unlocked due to a bug. This was fixed in the Season of Sloth update on June 14^th, 2021.
