The Source is the first mission of the Patient Zero bonus campaign, featured in HITMAN™ - Game of the Year Edition.

Description
The player is tasked with infiltrating an art exhibition being held within the Himmapan Hotel. Unlike Club 27, the primary mission of the Himmapan Hotel, the mission largely takes place within the Queen suite, where the two targets initially roam. The suite has been modified to host the exhibition, with the lower floor being open to all guests. The top floor, however, is still restricted, this time only accessible by members of the Liberation cult.
Mission Briefing
Your targets are two members of "Liberation", a doomsday cult planning an attack on Bangkok. Specifically, cult leader Oybek Nabazov and his second-in-command, Sister Yulduz. The client, a reclusive millionaire operating under the codename Locksley, has provided evidence that the cult is planning to unleash a bio-weapon somewhere in the city.
Additionally, I have learned that a small group of potential cult recruits is present, which may provide an opportunity to infiltrate. I'm worried about this, 47. The cult plan is in its final stages. The sooner we disrupt it, the better.

- The art exhibition is entitled "A Study of Life, Death and Rebirth, viewed through the lens of atrocity". This can be linked to how the cult is planning to kill using an atrocity. It also is linked to the cult's belief in rebirth and afterlife.
- Curiously, members of The Class' recording crew are present within the mission. This may be non-canonical, or it may serve as a hint to Patient Zero's place within the Hitman timeline.
