The Narváez brothers are tobacco billionaires operating in mainland China. Note that Gonzales is not to be harmed, and the contract will be canceled if he is injured in any manner. As they are identical twins, you will have to choose your target with supreme care. We have learned that the target has recently purchased a one-of-a-kind, platinum Mangôt wristwatch, so if you can get close enough, this will help you to identify him.

- Gonzales Narváez - The target's twin brother and the mission's client
Trivia[]
- His assassination was contracted by his brother, Gonzales, in order for Gonzales to get full ownership of their business. Gonzales is a VIP in the mission, and killing him results in a mission failure.
- Harming Gonzales by pacifying him will also result in mission failure. However, poisoning him with an ingested or gas emetic will not.
- Dylan is possibly aware of Gonzales' plan to have him killed - if the two go to the wine shop, Dylan will goad Gonzales into drinking the wine first, joking that it could be poisoned. Dylan can then be poisoned with the same wine glass.
- According to concept art by Simon Lindwall, the Twins were both originally known as the "Tobacco Twins[1]".
