This suit was introduced as part of the additional Deluxe Escalation content in patch 3.11.
This suit is a throwback to one of the disguises 47 can wear in At the Gates from Hitman 2: Silent Assassin as well as the attire of the snipers throughout.
When Entering the Church in Sapienza you will shown to be trespassing.
When wearing this suit in Hokkaido, the whole level is a hostile area. This is due to the suit being treated like a Ninja outfit. Like all other suits, it also turns the whole map hostile in Colorado and Hawke's Bay.
- However, it is a direct upgrade when used in Patient Zero, as unlike all other starting suits which render the map hostile, the ability to climb a certain ladder leading to the roof of the hospital is retained.
Like the Ninja disguise in Situs Inversus, it enables 47 the ability to climb to the hospital roof, as well as making him dance perfectly at the dancing game.
Starting at the Spa in the level when wearing this outfit instantly ruins your Silent Assassin Rating, even though you are just blending in as a patient.
Wearing this suit in Whittleton Creek does not give access to the Wilson Property (Other than the back porch, oddly enough.), otherwise same as the suit. (Same as the Arkian Robe in Helen West's Property)
Many NPCs will ridicule 47 for wearing this suit or will believe him to be a children's performer. Attempting to walk up to the entrances of restricted areas in this suit will prompt specific dialogue from guards, often to admonish 47 for not being stealthy enough to just sneak past them like the ninja he is dressed as.
