To accomplish the challenge, Agent 47 must deliver the food Agent Lowenthal has ordered to help raise his blood sugar.

- This challenge pairs with The Wurst Disguise and The Wurst Getaway.
- If the player bumps into, pacifies, kills, or alerts the biker carrying the food he will drop it, and then remark on how he hates wasting food.
- Agent Lowenthal will not react to this happening, and will continue acting as though the food has not been delivered yet.
