Befitting its gang origins, the disguise consists of a mix of casual clothing adorned with various Crow emblems or paraphernalia as well as security gear such as holsters and ammunition vests. The crow symbol is stitched onto the back of some of the shirts. It also features a maroon headband or skullcap.
The disguise is worn by the low-ranking members of The Crows gang in Mumbai. The disguise grants access to all parts of their territory, which consists of the Crows' back alley, Crows’ rooftop, Crows’ guard post, Crows’ hideout and a few unmarked apartments in the slums. Unlike the Elite Thugs, however, they aren't allowed inside the Maelstrom's private chamber. Additionally, the thugs can enter the barber shop, the metal worker apartment and the Mumbai Heights during the lockdown. If you eliminate Dawood Rangan after eliminating Vanya Shah and wait for him to meet the Maelstrom on the barge, you will also be able to be on the barge.
