The Tournament Judge outfit is a unique disguise available during The Infiltrator Elusive Target.

The Infiltrator[]
Worn by the judge overseeing the Concord Union's martial arts tournament. He will regularly announces a break and then moves to the nearby bar for a drink, which provides 47 with an opportunity to obtain the disguise unnoticed.
In this outfit 47 gains access to most of the restricted areas on the ground floor of the suite with the exception of the office and the wardrobe. Furthermore, 47 is allowed to reschedule fights by interacting with the board behind the area.
A unique feature of the disguise is that it allows 47 to oversee the tournament and disqualify a competitor during a match. If he does this to one of the generals, he or she can no longer prevent Bruce Lee from winning and is thus considered “eliminated”. However, once a competitor has been removed this way the audience becomes suspicious, preventing 47 from doing it again.
