Trigger Point Therapy is an assassination challenge to achieve in The Last Resort mission on Haven Island.
To acquire this challenge, Agent 47 must assassinate Ljudmila Vetrova by breaking her neck during her massage while disguised as the male masseur.

Walkthrough[]
- The massage is a part of Vetrova's default schedule so she will eventually make her way there after visiting the chef, provided no events alter her pathing.
- All that is needed to initiate the massage is the Masseur disguise which can be obtained by subuding the appropriete NPC in the area. Simply wait for Vetrova to lie down and the prompt will appear.
- There is also a female masseur which acts as an enforcer in the same room so she will need to be dealt first, though due to a lack of crates to hide the body in, it may be best to force the NPC to leave by other methods, such as administering an emetic poison via a grenade, dart gun or syringe.
