True Fan is an assassination challenge to achieve in the The Author mission in Sapienza.
To accomplish the challenge, Agent 47 must assassinate Craig Black by while disguise as his biggest fan, James King.

Trivia[]
- The challenge tile shows 47 holding the Kitchen Knife.
- This is odd, as the Kitchen Knife is quite far from the church, compared to other weapons such as a Screwdriver, or a weapon the player brought in.
- This could be intended as a reference to the Scream movies, and the main character, Ghostface, who uses a knife as a weapon (although it is a hunting knife instead of a kitchen knife).
