Two Birds is an assassination challenge in the Shadows in the Water bonus mission on Ambrose Island.
To acquire this challenge, Agent 47 must assassinate both Noel Crest and Sinhi Venthan by blowing both of them up with a cannon while they are attending their meeting.

- The challenge references the phrase "killing two birds with one stone".
- This is one of six challenges that requires the player to assassinate the targets with an antique cannon.
